Bolaji Arab Chaperone Femzee & Sokid on New Sonic Joint “Low”

The life journey of a human being takes different routes, some are conventional while others are not. Sometimes, in the course of life travesty, people tend to do things, they explore different professions before they get the right balance. In a country like Nigeria, the citizens tend to explore more than one profession just to find their feet and also, it is a way to test their dynamism.
One of such individuals is Bolaji Raji better known in the music industry as Bolaji Arab. He is a different thing to different people. Whatever he is depends on the phase you met him. He was a former dancer, an ex blogger while he was in the university and more.
In the last one decade, Bolaji Arab has transitioned into different layers of Art, he seems to be good in a lot of things , from being music producer, Artists and Repertoire (A&R), artiste manager, show promoter and organizer. Bolaji Arab has his hand in most things in the music industry yet he has been able to streamline them into two, DJing and music production.
He started music production in 2018, he experimented with Disc jockeying in 2022. As a music producer, He sang, produced and released a song titled “Juru,“ featuring Femzee, Gilo and Hamydgrey in 2019.
His new tune titled “Low,” had guest appearances from iconic Afrobeats sensation Femzee and Sokid. “Low,” was released on June 21, 2022 under B A Digital. This song marks Bolaji Arab’s second collaboration with Femzee.
On this song, Bolaji Arab becomes the sonic chemistry, he mixes the beat , for a well rounded disc jockey, switch up beats would always come off well.
Thematically, this song is a clamour for attention, an earnest yearn for affection from the better half. The beginning of the song takes some cue from Sean Tizzle’s “Shole,” the drum and baseline similarity are difficult to ignore. “Low,” is a feel good type of song with Femzee and Sokid having the best time of their life. They smartly explore call and response on this song with one even providing back up whenever it is necessary, the second verse is more stronger than the first.
Bolaji Arab, the Nigerian music producer and DJ continues to fly high with his sonic exploration, this particular track shows that all the experiences within the music industry is finally paying off. He has shown that there are layers to his artistry, his ability to blend Afrobeats with Amapiano remains remarkable, likewise his innate ability to mix up sounds, strike an equilibrium to score potential hits. Slowly and steadily, Bolaji Arab is making a dashing run in the music industry, who knows what next?
