2021 Eid-Kabir: How Coca-Cola Bonded with Muslim Faithfuls During Celebration

Promoters of the Coca-Cola brand have again demonstrated that festive celebrations are incomplete without the refreshing goodness of Coca-Cola.

Year after year, Coca-Cola has refreshed countless families and brought much joy to holiday makers across Nigeria.

This year, Coca-Cola Nigeria marked Eid el Kabir with grand activations in five cities; Kaduna, Sokoto, Borno, Kano and Niger on Sallah Day. Muslim faithfuls were refreshed by Coca-Cola at prayer grounds with exciting goodies – including complementary drinks for the communities.
With this initiative, Coca-Cola Nigeria inspires Nigerians to echo the Sallah message of giving.

The Marketing Director, Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited, Gbolahan Sanni said: “Sallah for us is about refreshing communities by putting smiles on the faces of as many people as possible. As you celebrate the festive season with family, friends and loved ones, remember to share the festive spirit with others.”

In addition to the prayer ground activations, Coca-Cola Nigeria gifted Muslim faithfuls via radio programs in each city, also collaborated with Northern celebrities; Ali Nuhu and Maryam Booth, to reward selfless essential workers this season.
