Douye Youduba is arguably one of Nigeria’s biggest under-reported female Jazz artistes who has gained recognition worldwide for her soulful and melodic voice. She was born and raised in Nigeria, where she was introduced to jazz music by her father at a young age. After moving to the United States, she began performing as a jazz singer in venues throughout California.
For the Jazz Sensation she says that music is not just a passion, it’s the very air she breathes and it is her life.

Knowing that my music has touched someone’s life is my greatest reward. Life also inspires me in many ways.
