Prince Habib Oniru, one of the celebrated businessmen and socialites in Lagos, is known for springing up surprises. But he does not do so only for the fun of it. Rather, he has the capability to blow people’s minds whenever he does.
Therefore, having pleasantly wowed his fans and competitors in the past with this uncommon trait, many are waiting with bated breath to behold his new project: a hotel. The hotel, which is under completion, is an addition to a legion of others by this real estate and property merchant.
Already, the four-star hotel called The Art Hotel on Yesufu Abiodun Oniru Way, Victoria Island, Lagos, is generating interesting discourse among big boys in Lagos.
The Art Hotel, which is a 46-room luxury boutique hotel, will be an addition to Habib’s Dream Space Development’s portfolio of real estate projects in Lagos.
The principal funding partner for this $15m project is Purple Capital Partners, who is also involved in Maryland Mall, Ikeja and many other real estate projects in Lagos.
Spyglass gathered that the imposing architectural masterpiece that stands on seven floors will include five Duke standard rooms (45.5sqm), six Prince deluxe suites (64sqm) and five Emperor Suites (84sqm).
Other amenities will include a sky pool, sky cocktail bar/cafe, restaurant and lounge, urban spa and gym and a social and art lounge gallery.
