‘Effective Strategies, Key to Bridging Gap in Business, Careers’

The key to bridging the gap in business and career of an individual is by having effective strategies, which could result in exponential growth in businesses, career and life for global relevance and competitiveness.

This was the view of experts during the recent virtual Reinvention Summit 2021 which was organized by the Borderless Titaniums- a group of consultants with diverse experiences spanning wealth creation and management, business development, brands and marketing consulting, entrepreneurship, career development and transition.

While highlighting the significance of the post-event mentorship for attendees to ensure effective execution of shared strategies and maintain the momentum garnered during the summit, the group in a statement stated that the reinvention summit will continue to run as it will help individuals who desire growth and consistent development on their paths.

The two-day event featured seven speakers, including a business coach and Management consultant, a career transition coach, a business planning and development consultant, a content surgeon, a start-up coach, one mindset and wealth coach, and a signature Brands and Marketing Coach as a part of the Jimi Tewe Company impact project.

Speaking on the theme: “Reinventing yourself financially” during the event, the Founder, Eximious, Oludayo Adeniyi, explained that for one to be financially independent, there is need to align current mindset with financial goals as the pocket is a reflection of the mind.

“Your financial success is about 90 per cent mindset and 10 per cent strategy and technical know-how” while speaking on the strong relationship between the mind and money”, Adeniyi noted.

A Signature Brands and Marketing Strategist and Founder of Bridgebrandsandpr, Omolaramide Amubieya, while speaking on “Brand Repositioning Strategies,” encouraged participants to build their brands from their essence ground up and look for gaps to fill in the marketplace rather than playing in the crowded space.

She added that every business owner should be a thought-leader who solves problems as that is the only way to attract high paying clients.

Also speaking at the event, the Content Surgeon, Oge Ikoro, admonished the audience to pick their calls and deliberately change their online DNAs stating that they already have all they need to help people and get paid for it.

“If you are using your talent in the raw state, you are denying yourself the true essence of your value, and people won’t pay you your worth.”

Responding, participants also shared their appreciation of the summit timeliness while stating in their feedback that the summit is a must-attend for upwardly mobile professionals, careerists and entrepreneurs who desire growth and expansion.

Fasili M Boniface, a participant from Coaching Success and Consulting, Tanzania, in her feedback, wrote, “The summit was an eye-opener for me. Although I am also a business advisor, this Summit was extraordinarily inspiring and future-proof thinking for the world of work. I advise every youth of Africa and around the world to be part of subsequent events. The presentations were irresistible. I have started working on my career vision for the next ten years. I really thank you all for the vision, determination, and commitment to the Reinvention Summit.”
