A Nigerian entrepreneur, Edose Enaboifo, popularly known as ‘Sir Ej’ has spoken against domestic violence, saying there is no justification for hitting a woman.
He made this known in a recent live instagram interview on his personal instagram handel @sirejofficial.
Enaboifo made his opinion known in a conversation tagged ‘Is there a situation that can justify a man hitting a woman?’.
The CEO of Sir Ej Group said: “Some situations can be extremely annoying, some men can be extremely annoying, some women can be extremely annoying, what do you do? Walk away.”
Continuing, he said: “Even if you are in United Kingdom, the law is bigger and stronger than all of us, yet they don’t abuse or beat you anyhow. As big as the law is, they have to take you through the process and that’s why when you see officers that beat people and are caught they are disciplined because nobody is an animal even an animal there is animal law.
“My own is that it is unthinkable. It is unforgivable to me no matter the provocation, walk away.
“What are you beating a woman for? To achieve what? It’s a no-no for me no matter the provocation.”
I hereby advise all men to say no to domestic violence.
