How Victor Peña Has Scaled from Nothing to Building Multi-Million Company Ugo Aliogo in this report examines Peña’s ingredient for success

In truth, Victor Peña is more than just a Chief Executive Officer. He has also added digital marketer, commercial and multi-family real estate investor, principal owner of Hugo Holdings LLC, angel investor and board member of Hundy Inc., philanthropist, and husband to his ever-growing list of titles. In each of these endeavours, Peña prides himself on taking risks and setting the bar high for others in the industry. After immigrating to the United States at a young age, he understood the unique challenges one may face when starting a business. His advice? “At the beginning, it’s finding what to start, then how to start it. It seems there are a lot of ways to make money, so it can get overwhelming for someone to start. You can then keep learning each step of the way to keep growing.”

Peña’s company, OmniPrint International, manufactures and distributes digital garment printers for entrepreneurs, clothing brands, designers, and print shops worldwide. With offices in California, Korea, and Mexico, this global success has been identified as one of America’s fastest growing companies by Inc5000. Peña and his team have also created award-winning products from scratch, a feat he credits to their willingness to take a risk. “Fear to me now means doing something out of my comfort zone, and I acknowledge that and keep pushing past it,” he hinted. “We take chances on projects we don’t know will work and we’re okay with that. We have no clue what we can’t do.”

As a self-described “tough and caring negotiator”, Peña credits much of his success to focusing on long-term business partnerships. By leading by example and prioritizing empathy, he has scaled his company from nothing to generating multi-millions every year. “At the beginning, you chase money, wealth, and being well-off financially. Now it’s about what impact you can make in the world. I keep making bigger goals for myself.”

This desire to make an impact is most inspired by those he loves. Peña notes, “I’m always striving to be a better husband to my wife while making sure she’s along with me on the journey to build an empire together.”

Continuing, he said: “Since birth, I have been an explorer and knowing there is something big out there for me. I have worked hard throughout my life to build successful businesses. I’m chasing the potential of what I can reach on a daily basis and hope to inspire others to win.”
