The embattled former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Dr Obadiah Mailafia, has resigned his appointment from the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS).
This was confirmed by his counsel, Mr. Yakubu Bawa.
His resignation may not be unconnected with his controversial interview with Nigeria Info FM.
He has since after the interview been harassed by both the Department of State Services (DSS) and the police, a development that saw Mailafia dragging the police before a Jos High Court.
