When Akinolu Osinbajo, SAN, younger brother of the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, lost his wife, Oluwatoyin, to the cold hands of death a few years ago, he cried his heart out. He was inconsolable because of the love he had for her.
Though the renowned lawyer can’t forget the beautiful memories of his late wife, he could not shut his heart against love for too long. He must have been literally hit with the cupid arrow when he met beautiful Moriyike, while she was on the National Youth Service, at the Ministry of Justice, Ogun State.
Mercifully, Osinbajo, a former Ogun State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, and his new wife, Moriyike, were recently blessed with a baby boy named Ayokunmi.
Though the naming ceremony, which held at their Ogba, Lagos residence last Sunday, was said to be low-key, it had in attendance wife of the Vice President, Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo, who represented her husband, as well as several eminent legal practitioners, among others.
A highly experienced litigator and commercial law practitioner, chartered arbitrator and notary public of Nigeria, he was conferred with the highest title in the Nigerian legal profession last year.
