Pamela Iweze Foundation Reiterates Support for Children

The founder and President of Pamela Iweze Kingdom Children Foundation, Pamela Iweze, has reinstated the foundation’s commitment to help children get better start in life regardless of their social background and circumstances. Iweze, who spoke at a party organised for children in Lagos said the group strongly hold the promise as the bedrock of its corporate existence.

‘’As a not for profit organisation, we believe our passion for children should always drive our commitment on everything we do to raise children in the proper way. We will solemnly strive in all our projects and programmes to help children imbibe these virtues; do not tell lies, understand the concept of consequences for your actions and learn how to be content with whatever you have.’’

Speaking further, she disclosed that the foundation has concluded arrangement to collaborate with government ministries, departments and agencies together with other charity organisations both home and abroad to achieve the objective of its establishment.
The Pamela Iweze Kingdom Children Foundation Party, which is an annual event for children, was celebrated this year with children from various background, who all displayed excitement while the party lasted.

While appreciating individuals and corporate organisations that partnered the foundation to host the 2018 edition of the party, Iweze pointed out that it is a day set aside in the year to celebrate children and also showcase what the Pamela Iweze Kingdom Children Foundation is all about. She added that that the party is about children and letting them know they are special, showing them the treasure they possess inside and making every child smile and feel loved. ‘’We sincerely thank the management and staff of DAAR Communication for their resolve to support our cause and promote our activities as corporate social responsibility. We also appreciate the support of the Little Saint orphanage and its founder Mrs. Christiana George. The Little saint Orphanage and Mrs. George are models and examples for us to follow and we sincerely thank them for honouring us with their presence.’’

The Pamela Iweze Kingdom Children Foundation is a faith based charity set up to promote and raise children in an atmosphere filled with love, care and purposeful affection. It was said to have been inspired by the genuine love and passion for children by Iweze, a mother of two lovely children. It started eight years ago in the United Kingdom UK as a result of the founder’s first experience with motherhood, which made her discovered the wonderful world of children and the role of families in their nurturing and upbringing.

Born in the year 1980 to Retired Major General Cyril Iweze and Mrs. Nina Iweze from Delta State Nigeria, Pamela holds a Law Degree from the University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State. She is currently studying for a degree in early Childhood Studies & Special Education Needs for children with special needs at the University of East London UEL. She has worked for Cancer Research UK, EDF Energy UK, G4S UK, Consultancy UK, Deutsche Bank UK, McKinsey UK, Obat Oil and Gas Nigeria. She currently works for the National Health Service NHS in the UK.
