GiGM.com Enhances Operations with Mobile App

Indigenous road transport company, God is Good Motors, GIGM.com, has enhanced its offerings with its newly-launched bus travel app designed to assist commuters on the platform.

The new mobile app will enable customers to access in advance, real-time information on journey times and details, prices, delays and disruptions.

According to the company, customers could equally book trips, hire a vehicle, have real-time conversations with customer service personnel while they also   get discounts on trips that were not available at the parks and information about delays or rerouting of buses.

Further explaining the workings of the app, the company in a statement said: “The app is available on Google playstore for android devices and appstore for IOS devices.  Commuters will need to download and register an account to create a profile after which they can enjoy its multi benefits   ranging from 20% discount on bus tickets, hiring of vehicles, child bus fares amongst others. Users can also check their travel history and equally view disrupted bus routes.

“Additionally, users seeking assistance can also quickly contact a customer representative through the app. They can then follow up with questions to get more clarity on their booking or get answers to general enquires.”

The multi-functional app which has been launched has started attracting more customers who have not stopped testifying on its delivery.

Narrating his experience, an anonymous user said, “The app is apt for a frequent traveller desperately looking for the most convenient and hassle-free way to travel.  No doubt, the end point is the journey itself, but everything that removes any form of stress is definitely a plus.”
