The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, CEO, Fidelity Bank Plc, Nnamdi Okonkwo, aptly fits into the description of a banking wizard. Indeed, he is one of the few brains who have redefined the nation’s banking sector.
Little wonder, when he was appointed the CEO of the new generation bank four years ago, his appointment was applauded by the management as well as shareholders of the bank who appreciate his wizardry. This might not be news anymore, especially as the man has proved his mettle since he became the head honcho of the bank.
However, not many are aware of the fact that the graduate of Agricultural Economics from the University of Benin has some other talents.
Spyglass gathered that he recently wowed with his musical skill during the bank’s end-of-year party held at the Eko Hotels Convention Centre. Interestingly, as the day also coincided with his wedding anniversary, he used the opportunity to serenade his beautiful wife with love songs when he mounted the stage.Also, he is said to be blessed with great presentation skills. This came to the fore when he featured on the Fidelity SMEs radio show.
