TECH+Conference and Expo Holds Tomorrow in Lagos

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the United States Government, Mr. Tony Scott, will join other technology thought leaders in the industry and government from around Africa and the world at the 2016 TECH+Conference and Expo tomorrow.

The event is bill to hold at the Eko Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Scott will join former Executive Vice-Chairman of the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC), Ernest Ndukwe, on a 12p.m. panel discussion on Saturday, July 23, entitled: ‘A Smart and Connected City: Lagos – Africa’s Next Smart City Hub.’

Scott will also be the main plenary panel discussant at 2p.m., also on Saturday, on the topic of “Life on the Front Line: Perspectives on the Role of the CIO and the Evolution of IT.”

According to public information from the organisers, the 2016 TECH+ Conference and Expo is a platform for knowledge sharing and networking among consumers and businesses, where leaders in business and government exchange ideas and share expert insights on key technology issues.
