Elevatech Summit London 2.0, the second edition of the United Kingdom’s most exciting gathering for ambitious tech professionals, was held on Saturday, 8th August 2026 at Magdalen Hall, Tower Bridge, London, drawing a fully packed hall of attendees from across the UK’s tech, finance, corporate, and creative sectors.
The event, convened by Adewale Adetona — a UK-based Nigerian marketing leader and convener of Elevatech Network — welcomed an overflow crowd of career professionals, founders, investors, and aspiring tech talent, with attendees reportedly standing at the back of the hall as the venue reached full capacity.
Themed The Ownership Era: Build. Invest. Lead., Elevatech Summit London 2.0 marked a significant evolution from its maiden edition in 2025. Where the first edition focused primarily on breaking into the technology industry, this year’s summit expanded its scope to address wealth creation, equity ownership, product building, and long-term legacy — positioning itself firmly as the UK’s leading gathering for tech professionals transitioning from career growth to financial independence and ownership.
The event featured a meticulously curated agenda spanning keynotes, panel discussions, fireside chats, live vibe coding, a spotlight talk, and a masterclass — all delivered by a lineup of fourteen speakers drawn from some of the world’s most recognisable technology and professional services organisations.
The summit opened with a keynote titled “The State of Ownership” delivered by Francis Osifo, CEO of Rayda and Y Combinator alumnus who has raised over $47 million in venture funding across his career. Osifo, who is also an active angel investor in over 50 startups, set the tone for the day with a sharp examination of what it truly means to own your future in the technology economy.
A standout panel session titled “How I Got Here” featured five practitioners sharing their career journeys with raw honesty. The panel included Temiloluwa Ojo, Senior Software Engineer on Bloomberg’s AI team in London; Chidinma (Dinma) Aniugbo, Senior Product Designer at Monday.com and founder of Design Chics, a nonprofit that has supported over 2,500 women across 17 countries; Emma-Jane Stogdon, Content Manager at Wise and international SEO speaker; Emmanuel Igbodudu, Co-founder and CTO of Waza, a Y Combinator-backed fintech building payment infrastructure across emerging markets; and moderated by Deborah Bashorun, a Product Design Lead and Elevatech Summit London’s Program Manager.
A fireside chat titled “The Corporate Ladder” brought together Olajumoke Adigun, Product Marketing Manager at Recruitics, and career coach and lawyer Ifeoluwa Omotosho, who has helped hundreds of immigrants and internationally trained professionals navigate the UK job market.
Chukwudum “Chuks” Chukwuedo, Data and AI Manager at Accenture, facilitated a practical live vibe coding session on Artificial Intelligence for Professionals.
A spotlight talk titled “UK Finance Made Easy: Taxes, Credit Scores, Budgeting, Side Hustles, and Starting a Business” was delivered by Richard Okunola, a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in accounting, tax compliance, and financial education.
The summit closed with a masterclass on “The Social Media Economy”, facilitated by Alabi Lawrence, influencer marketing strategist known as @the_lawrenz on socials.
The event was hosted by Victor Asanmi, Senior IAM Analyst at Experian and founder of Inyotta Analytica, whose energy and facilitation drew widespread praise from attendees throughout the day.
The summit was backed by key sponsors including TS Academy, whose Founder and CEO, Adetola Durojaiye, has been a long-standing supporter of Adewale Adetona’s community-building work dating back to the Lagos Digital Summit in Nigeria.
Reacting to the event, Durojaiye said: “I have watched Adewale build community long before he founded Elevatech Network. From the Lagos Digital Summit to what is now happening in London, his commitment to creating platforms that truly serve people has never wavered. What I witnessed on the 8th of August was nothing short of remarkable — a fully packed hall, a world-class lineup of speakers, and an atmosphere that reminded every person in the room of what is possible when ambition meets community. At TS Academy, we exist to connect talent with opportunity, and Elevatech Summit is doing exactly that on a global stage. I am proud to support this movement and I look forward to what Edition Three brings.”
