Abuja Real Estate Firm Hofesh Homes Limited Named Top-Selling Affiliate at Summit

Hofesh Homes Limited was named the top-selling affiliate real estate company by Navene Homes Limited, following the conclusion of a private partnership summit held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, in Wuye, Abuja.

The recognition was formally announced before an audience of affiliate real estate consultants, marketers, developers, and property professionals drawn from across the Federal Capital Territory.

Dr. Chijioke Adimike, MD/CEO at Hofesh Homes Limited, received the award on behalf of the company and was the first recipient called forward during the ceremony.

Navene Homes Limited CEO Dlama Irmiya said the ranking was determined by property sales performance and contribution to project marketing efforts over the review period. He noted that Hofesh Homes stood out among the developer’s affiliate sales partners by those measures.

Founded in 2021, Hofesh Homes Limited had grown its footprint across multiple districts in Abuja, operating in areas including Katampe, Guzape, Karsana, Lokogoma, Lugbe, Apo, Jahi, Gwarinpa, Life Camp, and Asokoro, among others.

Beyond the award presentation, the summit convened discussions on new development projects, affiliate commission structures, market expansion strategies, and property investment trends across Abuja’s emerging districts.

The Navene Homes CEO also used the occasion to announce plans to broaden incentives for high-performing affiliate partners going forward, with proposals including vehicle rewards, sponsored international travel, and expanded performance-based bonuses.

Abuja’s property market had continued its expansion in recent years, with growing buyer interest in satellite districts driven by infrastructure investment, rising housing demand, and increased activity from both local and diaspora investors.
