Book on Strategic Tax Planning and Risk Management Debuts

An erudite scholar and prolific writer Dr Kennedy Iwundu who is an Associate Professor of Forensic Accounting has authored and published a new book titled “Contemporary Issues on Taxation in Nigeria Vol 3. Recalled that Vol I and II were published in 2022 and 2024 respectively. The book was presented to Mr. Innocent Ohagwa who is the president of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria at the 2026 Annual Tax conference in Abuja.

The book in 10 chapters gave provided profound analysis of the Nigeria Tax Act 2025, Nigeria Tax Administration Act 2025 among other pertinent issues. The book also contains the charges in computation of personal Income Tax (PIT) and changes in the computation of Company Income Tax Act (CIT).

The book will guide tax administrators, tax practitioners as well as taxpayers to navigate the new tax land scape.

The book will be the mostly referred text book of taxation in Nigeria being one of the most recent book on taxation after President Ahmed Bola Tinubu signed the four tax reform act.
