Donatus Ukpai, Category Manager for Dairy at Promasidor Nigeria Limited, has further strengthened his standing as a leading force in Nigeria’s marketing and FMCG sector, following an impressive showing at the 7th Edition of the Industry Awards in April 2026.


At the event, Donatus was honoured with the “Purpose-Driven Marketing Personality of the Year” award, a recognition reserved for professionals who successfully align brand growth with meaningful societal impact. This marks the brand’s second consecutive win within six months, having previously received the same honour at the Nigeria Marketing Awards in November 2025. The back-to-back recognition reflects Cowbell’s continued relevance, strong consumer connection, and leadership within Nigeria’s dairy market.

In the same vein, Promasidor Nigeria Limited was awarded “Outstanding Dairy Company of the Year,” underscoring the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and sustained excellence across its product portfolio.

These latest recognitions add to Donatus Ukpai’s growing list of achievements, including his “Marketing Personality of the Year” award received in November 2025—further evidence of his consistent impact and influence within the marketing profession.

Adding to this momentum, Cowbellpedia, the brand’s flagship Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, recently earned 2nd place for “Best CSR Campaign of the Year” at the ADVAN Awards within the same month. This milestone represents the second time the initiative has been recognised within a six-month window, reinforcing its role in advancing academic excellence among Nigerian secondary school students while strengthening the brand’s purpose-driven positioning.
