In a related development, the O-E’la Obor Eleme leader also praised King Appolus Chu for advancing peace, unity, and development across Nchia and the wider Eleme Kingdom. He noted that the monarch’s experience as a member of the National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria has positively impacted governance at the grassroots level.

Chief Gomba-Abbey further commended King Chu for investing personal resources in infrastructural development, including the creating and opening of new roads linking parts of Agbonchia and Ogale to boundary communities near Oyigbo Local Government Area.

He also lauded the revival of the ancient Eleme traditional wrestling festival and the peaceful resolution of disputes within communities, noting that these efforts have strengthened unity among the people.

The President-General pledged the continued support of the O-E’la Obor Eleme Organization and the people of Eleme Kingdom to the leadership of the traditional rulers.
