Second Term: Victor Nwokeji Congratulates Soludo, Says You’ve shown Leadership in Anambra
Renowned businessman and mining expert, Chief Victor Nwokeji has hailed Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo on their second term inauguration as governor.
Nwokeji in a press statement advised the Governor disclosed that the governor’s reelection justified the confidence the people of Anambra State had in him as well as his astute performance and commitment to the upliftment of the basic welfare of the people and overall development of the State during his first tenure.
The foremost miner implored the governor to use his second tenure which began Tuesday after the swearing in to write his name in gold in the minds of the citizenry, adding that most of the projects his administration had carried out would stand the taste of time for a long time in the state.
According to him, “I have confidence in our governor, what he has done in the past four years shows sincerity in governance, it shows he has the interest of people of Anambra at heart.
“I am a positive man, when you see white or black, you have to identify it as it is. I’m telling you right now that governor Soludo did well in his first tenure and the onus is now on him to maintain that momentum.
“And I think his leadership style and performance is commendable, and as you can see, his swearing in brought together both members of his party, the opposition members, captains of industries to Awka during his second term inauguration to give him support and it’s commendable.
“As for us in the business community living outside Anambra, we will be happy to part we with the state government in anyway that we can to develop the state, especially in the area of tapping out God given natural resources, which Anambra has in abundance.”
Nwokeji is a prominent businessman and a renowned philanthropist, who has carved a great niche for himself in the Nigerian business world. He is a leading mining expert, known for his leadership roles in various mining companies and his philanthropic efforts.
