TIBA Academy earns ACTD-USA accreditation, announces scholarship programme
The Iconic Brand Africa (TIBA) Academy has earned accreditation from the American Council for Training and Development USA (ACTD-USA).
TIBA, on Monday, stated that the recognition is a significant milestone reflecting its commitment to excellence, especially coming from a respected international accrediting body dedicated to advancing quality standards in training, professional development, and organisational performance.
The founder of TIBA, Omobabirin Osideko, revealed that the academy received the accreditation after undergoing a comprehensive evaluation process, including documentation review, operational assessment, and compliance verification.
Osideko described the accreditation as not just a badge, but also a global stamp of excellence that validates their commitment to world-class, industry-relevant, transformational learning.
“We remain committed to delivering impactful programmes that empower individuals and strengthen communities. And our trainees can now earn globally recognised certificates and credentials,” she added.
Following the accreditation, the academy announced a 100 per cent scholarship for its Job-Ready Certification programmes to help people move from the beginner-level to career-ready, skilled, and employable level.
“Through structured training, hands-on projects, portfolio development, internship opportunities, and career placement support, we equip individuals with practical skills that position them for real opportunities,” the TIBA boss said.
Founded in 2019, TIBA Academy programmes are designed to bridge the gap between learning and earning, and to reduce unemployment in Africa.
The founder of the organisation stated that the academy has served individuals, entrepreneurs, and professionals through programmes focused on personal development, branding, entrepreneurship, and career and business growth.
She added that the ACTD-USA accreditation “Enhances the organisation’s credibility, expands partnership opportunities, and assures stakeholders that its programmes align with global standards.”
