In a bid to redefine real estate accessibility in Nigeria, the Chief Executive Officer of SpreadHomes Properties Limited, Mrs. Austin-Chris Nkechinyere, has revealed that the company’s flagship initiative, “Land Ownership Made Easy,” is designed to empower everyday Nigerians—including low-income earners—to become landowners through highly flexible and affordable payment plans.

In a recent interview, Mrs. Nkechinyere explained that the initiative allows individuals to choose from a range of payment options suited to their financial capacity: ₦2,750 daily; ₦19,270 weekly; ₦85,250 monthly
This approach, she noted, is crafted to eliminate traditional barriers to land ownership and fulfill SpreadHomes’ mission of making property acquisition a realistic goal rather than an elusive dream for the average Nigerian.

“We created the ‘Land Ownership Made Easy’ scheme to show that everyone—whether a market trader, teacher, or civil servant—deserves a shot at owning land,” she stated. “This is more than real estate; it’s about empowerment.”

Looking ahead, Mrs. Nkechinyere shared the company’s ambitious plans to expand its presence across all 36 states of Nigeria and into international markets. SpreadHomes also aims to develop modern, affordable residential estates that offer superior value, quality infrastructure, and customer satisfaction.

“Our goal is to bridge the housing gap by not just providing land but by delivering value-rich estates that families can proudly call home,” she added.

Mrs. Nkechinyere emphasized that SpreadHomes distinguishes itself in a crowded real estate market through: Its innovative payment structure under the “Land Ownership Made Easy” initiative; Highly affordable land packages; Strong ethical principles built on accountability and transparency.

“Our clients are not just numbers to us—they’re partners in a shared vision,” she said. “We are building more than homes; we’re building trust and opportunity.

Mrs. Austin-Chris Nkechinyere’s journey in real estate began in 2018, when she joined a reputable firm as a sales representative.
Armed with a B.Sc in Marketing from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, she quickly excelled by leveraging her academic foundation to connect with clients and drive sales.

In 2023, she co-founded SpreadHomes Properties Limited with her husband and fellow visionary, Mr. Austin-Chris Chinonso. Guided by faith, strategic insight, and a passion for people, the couple turned their dream into a growing company that’s reshaping land ownership in Nigeria.

“By the grace of God, we’ve hit significant milestones in a short time,” she reflected. “And we’re just getting started.”
