Ikoyi High-rise Building Collapse: 4 Rescued, 4 Bodies Recovered

Four bodies have so far been recovered and four others rescued in the rubble of the 21-storey building that collapsed in Ikoyi, Lagos on Monday.

As emergency responders continue with the search and rescue operations at the site of the incident, the Southwest Coordinator of NEMA, Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye, confirmed that four bodies had been recovered while four were rescued.

“Four people have been rescued, and four bodies have been recovered in the debris,” he said.
