Edo Workers’ll Collect N70,000 As Minimum Wage, Says Obaseki

The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, Monday announced a new minimum wage of N70,000 for the state workers.

Obaseki, who disclosed this at the unveiling of Adams Oshiomhole Labour House, Benin, said the new wage would take effect from May 1, 2024.

The Labour House was built for the Organised Labour by Governor Obaseki.
