Stephanie Egba Encourages Youths to Embrace Meaningful Skills

The President of Estefania Group, Ms. Stephanie Egba, has called on young Nigerians to embrace productivity by mastering essential skills that will empower them for the future.

As a leader in premium luxury interior design, hospitality and real estate, Egba believes that the nation’s youth must focus on skill development to remain competitive in today’s fast-changing global economy.

She emphasised that personal growth and economic prosperity are tied to an individual’s ability to acquire and apply knowledge effectively.

Egba highlighted the need for young Nigerians to shift from a dependency mindset to one of self-reliance.

She noted that while education remains important, practical skills in various industries—ranging from digital technology and entrepreneurship to craftsmanship and creative design—are crucial for long-term success.

“In a world where opportunities are constantly evolving, only those who are willing to learn, adapt, and innovate will stay ahead,” she added.

The Estefania Group president noted that Nigeria is full of untapped potential, and the youth must take advantage of available resources to develop themselves. She pointed out that industries such as interior design, real estate, and hospitality offer vast opportunities for those willing to put in the effort to acquire technical and business-related skills. “The luxury industry, for instance, requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and customer service excellence. Young people who master these skills will not only thrive locally but also have global opportunities,” she explained.

Beyond acquiring skills, Ms. Stephanie encouraged young Nigerians to embrace a mindset of discipline, consistency, and excellence.

She urged them to seek mentorship from industry leaders, take advantage of online learning platforms, and participate in workshops that enhance their expertise. “Success is not just about having knowledge; it is about applying it consistently and delivering value,” she remarked.

In her closing remarks, Egba reaffirmed her commitment to supporting skill development initiatives in Nigeria.

She encouraged both the public and private sectors to invest in training programs that equip young people with practical skills.

“If we want a better Nigeria, we must invest in our youth by providing them with the right tools to be productive. The future belongs to those who are prepared for it,” she said.

With leaders like Egba championing the cause for productivity and skill acquisition, young Nigerians have a strong example to follow. By taking responsibility for their personal and professional growth, they can contribute meaningfully to the nation’s economic transformation and secure a prosperous future for themselves.
