Alafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, has joined his ancestors at 83.
Adeyemi, who died in the late hours of Friday at the Afe Babalola University Teaching Hospital, Ado Ekiti, was the longest reigning Alafin, having ruled for 52 years.
