The Board of Directors of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc last Thursday approved the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020. According to company, the AFS would be filed with the Nigerian Stock Exchange on or before March 30, 2021.
“Consequently, the closed period restricting all directors and insiders from transacting in the Shares of the bank remains in place until 24 hours after the release of the AFS,” it said.
