UACN Property Development Company Plc has appointed Mrs. Deborah Nicol-Omeruah as acting chief executive officer(CEO), effective January 5, 2021. The company said the appointment followed the resignation of Mr. Folasope Aiyesimoju as CEO with effect from January, 4, 2021. In a notification to the NSE, UPDC explained that Nicol-Omeruah has 20 years’ experience in real estate and banking with specialisation in property development, finance & acquisitions; mortgages; private banking and investment planning.
