The Lagos State Government has discharged 49 COVID-19 patients from its isolation centres, bringing to 187 the total number of successfully treated patients in the state.
Announcing this Wednesday, the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, said 28 were females, while 21 were males including a Greek national.
He said: “The patients; 18 from the Infectious Disease Hospital in Yaba and 31 from Onikan Isolation Centre have fully recovered and tested negative to COVID-19 in two consecutive readings. With this, number of patients successfully managed & discharged in Lagos is now 187.”
