Nigeria has recorded 49 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 542.
Announcing this on Saturday night, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control put the total number of discharged cases at 166 and the total number of deaths since the outbreak at 19.
