The House of Representatives has suspended plenary till April 2.
Making the announcement Tuesday, the Speaker, Hon. Yakubu Dogara, said suspending the plenary was to allow lawmakers attend to the 2019 budget defence by the ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs).
