Popular Lagos-based Computer Village market is set to launch in the online space.
This was disclosed by the newly elected chairman of Plaza heads in the Computer Village, Mr. Chuks Ekekwe, in Lagos.
According to Ekekwe, online stores for the biggest technological hub in West Africa was necessary to get connected to the world and reach out to more customers.
He said as a technological hub, it was necessary to go with the trends of digitalisation and embracing online stores.
”We are creating a platform that will be bigger than Jumia, Computer village is losing customers due to online stores.
”We are looking at a way to create a platform that everybody will key into instead of going to Jumia and Konga for product and services we can offer. ”We want to reach out to as many people as possible by being connected as this is the importance of online presence,” he said
