In the face of massive unemployment in the country, two Nigerian sisters have taken the bull by the horn by developing an App known as Epp which is set to give a technical back up to micro, small and medium enterprises.

The sisters, Kesandu and Dumebi Nwokolo, revealed that the Epp app is designed to give rising entrepreneurs a hand to be a stepping stone that will improve their visibility and apparently showcase these skills, services and products to the world.

They said the app helps in anything from filling a hungry stomach to barbing of hair, homes tutoring, language lessons to repairing of a car, as it connects users to local professionals, products and amenities in any state that can provide a wide variety of services.

“The Nigerian consumer is selective and decisive. They know what they want and are not afraid to demand for it. The Epp application is here to soothe your refined tastes by connecting you with quality and local professionals, products and services that will soothe your needs.

“When you need help with a project; anything from filling your hungry belly, barbing the hair, home-tutoring, language lessons to repairing your car, Epp connects you to local professionals, products and amenities in any state that can provide a wide variety of services to help make your life easier.

“Our vision is to help entrepreneurs, businesses, service providers, youthful but skill-filled impresarios all over the country find new customers.”

Their first application which came out in 2015 was the cradle count, an application hosted in the google play store that helps pregnant women calculate their expected date of delivery from their last menstrual period. The cradle count sends daily pregnancy tips and colorful reminders that prop the pregnant women up till delivery.
