Justice Adebukola Banjoko of a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Gudu, Tuesday sentenced former governor of Plateau State, Senator Joshua Dariye, to 14years imprisonment.
Justice Banjoko found the defendant guilty on 15 of the 23 criminal charges leveled against him by the Federal Government.
The court found him guilty of criminal breach of trust and sentenced him to 14 years in jail. He bagged another 2years for misappropriation.
The sentences, without the option of fine, would run concurrently.
