Iheanacho Leads Leicester City to 3-1 Win over Arsenal

Kelechi Iheanacho opened scoring for Leicester City to beat Arsenal 3-1 in the Premier League last night at King Power Stadium.

The 21-year-old striker fired Leicester City in front after 14 minutes to justify his starting place.
It was his second goal in the Premier League this season for ‘The Foxes’.

Iheanacho opened the goal feast, before Jamie Vardy and Rihad Mahrez struck in the second-half to ensure Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s equaliser earlier in the period counts for nothing.

Last season, Iheanacho netted four goals in 20 appearances in the league. They are ninth on the table with 47 points from 37 matches.

Compatriot and Super Eagles teammate Alex Iwobi started the game for Arsenal and lasted for 84 minutes.
