Patronage of Local Products, Focus of Greenspring, Bank of Agriculture Summit

The positive effects of Nigerians buying goods and services produced in the country would be emphasised by experts at a special summit planned by Greenspring Communications Ltd, a media/public relations and marketing consulting firm based in Lagos.

The one-day Made-in-Nigeria Conference and Awards event is being called to add value to the present buzz created by the Federal Government to boost patronage of locally-made products and services. The conference holds on Thursday November 23, 2017 at Protea Hotel, Isaac John, Ikeja, Lagos State.

The MD/CEO of Greenspring Group, Peter Nwaochei said the summit was in partnership with Innoson, Bank of Agriculture, Med-View Airline and other frontline entities involved in making the made-in-Nigeria mantra an astounding success.

Nwaochei said he believed that the conference and awards event was in line with the firm’s mission to drive local content and add value to clients’ patronage, while promoting growth in the nation’s economy.

He said the conference, which had the theme “Effects of Made-In-Nigeria Products on National Development” would bring together business stakeholders, market enthusiasts, market analysts government agencies, IT practitioners, e-marketers, others, and would create a convergence of informed and educated players in various sectors of the Nigerian economy. It will also feature presentations and panel discussions from leaders of thought within the country.

According to the convener, “The underlying objective of the conference and awards is to increase awareness on the critical role of Nigerian companies as fundamental pillars for strengthening the Nigerian economy through manufacturing, agriculture, and various expertise from different sectors in Nigeria.”
