Wisdom Okowa, younger brother to Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, had first returned to the country from his US base in the late ‘90s.
Then, Preddy Wise, as he is famously known, was one of the hottest bachelors in town and was popular in the social scene.
In fact, at some point, he was romantically linked with many beautiful girls in the movie industry. In particular, his relationship with star actress, Genevieve Nnaji, was highly celebrated in the media then.
The affair was tipped for the altar, but it later collapsed like a pack of cards. To date, nobody seems to know what really went wrong between them.
After his romance with the Imo State-born movie star ended, he could not be identified with any other girl, as many of them befriended him until he went back to the US.
He, however, returned to Nigeria again in 2015 shortly after his brother became the governor of Delta. Thereafter, he quit bachelorhood when he married Blessing Ezeocha.
 Since then, he has been keeping a low profile. Indeed, he hardly attends parties or public functions these days.
The light-complexioned young man has tried his hand at many pies, including floating a music label and a non-governmental organisation (NGO). This serves as his platform for providing quality education to the less privileged while also offering succour to the widows, all in the bid to complement the efforts of the state government.
