Ifeanyi Ubah’s Winning Streak

Just when many had thought that he was a political orphan, Ifeanyi Ubah, Chairman of Capital Oil,  surfaced at the recently held national convention of the Peoples Democracy Party, PDP, in Abuja.

His appearance has, therefore, cleared the air about the rumour making the rounds that he had gone under after he was reportedly arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for alleged fuel subsidy scam.

Ubah, who is also contesting for the number one job of his state, Anambra, in November this year, was one of the few party chieftains who stole the show at the convention, as he was cleared to contest for the party’s governorship primary.

This, it was learnt, came as a big shock for many of his political traducers. In the same way, his acceptance at the convention is also said to be generating interesting discourse among the elite in the state as well as those at the grassroots.

It was gathered that he is head and shoulders  above the other contestants in the state owing to his uncommon philanthropic gestures and unrivalled contributions to the development of the state.

Besides, he is unapologetically committed to the course of humanity. Though his style and approach to some issues may be distasteful to many, it is said that Ubah has the milk of kindness running in his veins.
