NASCO Sponsors Loyal Muslim Customers to 2017 Hajj

NASCO Group of companies has rewarded three of its loyal customers by sponsoring them to this year’s hajj. Each of the customers also got a cash donation of $1,000 each.

Presenting some of the awards to the winners at the weekend, Executive Director, Operations of NASCO, Mr. Idris Nasreddin ‎thanked the customers for their patronage, adding that it was only good to appreciate customers that have contributed in terms of patronage and partnership with the companies.

Speaking at the event, Plateau State Governor, Mr. Simon Lalong commended NASCO for its immense contribution to the economic development of the state, especially in terms of giving employments to the youths.

Lalong, who was represented by his Commissioner in Charge of Commerce and Industries, Mr. Ezekiel Daju, added that aside from providing employment for the youths, NASCO has been engaged in several social and corporate responsibilities in the state. He urged other companies to emulate the frirm’s gesture.

The customers that got the Hajj tickets were Alhaji Ibrahim Danlami‎ of Hayat Integrated, Minna, Niger State; Alhaji Sidi and Sons from Kaduna; and Alhaji Aminu Mohammed Achida, also from Minna.

The company also presented other awards to various deserving customers, including two 60′ UH750 television, two 55′ UH654 TA television, eight 49′ UB850T television, three Freezers, four Refrigerators, three Washing Machines, and two 32’LF510A to other deserving customers‎ across the country.

Speaking at the presention, Head of Supply Chain, Mr. Nasir Khan said that the gesture was to reward and appreciate the customers for keeping faith with NASCO, adding, “the unique event is to thank customers and partners, including transporters, who performed exceedingly well in the last one year.”

He said that the customers, who were categorised into gold, silver and bronze groups, were selected from among the best in the six-geopolitical zones.

Customers that won other prices include; Chudac Brothers Nig (Onitsha), J.J Nnoli and Sons (Jos), Grace Business Ventures (Lagos), Abdullahi Maisolar (Kano), Don Ekesino Investment (Aba), Ogonna Uche (Benin), Basharu and Sons (Yola), Ibrahim Usman Achida (Sokoto) and Sunday Ofoegbu (Makurdi).
Ofoegbu, who spoke on behalf other winners, appreciated NASCO for the bountiful rewards.
