It’ Celebration Galore  For Folorunso Alakija 

For Africa’s richest woman, Folorunsho Alakija, this is definitely a season of celebrations.

In the past one month,  Alakija has been involved in the celebration of life at home and abroad.

A few months ago, the beautiful oil and gas guru literally broke the bank when she organised a superlative wedding for her son, Folarin, who married an Iranian lady, Nazanin Ghaissarifar, at the Blenheim Palace. The marriage was said to have cost her £5 million.

Then, on Sunday, July 16, a day after she marked her 62nd birthday, she invited some select guests for a thanksgiving service.

Some of the guests at the event included the Chairman Heirs Holdings, Tony Elumelu and billionaire oil mogul, Femi Otedola.
