The need for organisations in the public sector to tap into IT digital transformation to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness has been reiterated at a customer technology update session held in Abuja recently.
The Integrated Marketing Manager, Dell EMC East, West and Central Africa, Annie Odo-Effiong, who gave the advice, noted that the public sector remained essential to the development of any nation and for the sector to experience growth and development, there is a need for technological adoption. She stated that we live in a device-driven world, where people expect IT services to be always on and always connected. To keep up with increasing competition and growing customer requirements, companies must find a way to do more with fewer resources.
