Rivers Utd’s Duo Promise to Redeem Image in Morocco Today

CAF CONFED CUP
Rivers United Skipper, Festus Austine, and forward, Bernard Ovoke, strongly believe they can redeem their image when they play Moroccan outfit, FUS Rabat, on the last match day of the CAF Confederation Cup group stage today.
Although, United lost for the first time at home to Club Africain, the duo see the last match as a must-win.
“Rivers United will fight hard to redeem lost image against FUS Rabat,” Austine stated.
Enterprising Bernard Ovoke said: “We created chances, but lost to hard luck. We promise to do better on Friday (today). ”
The Stanley Eguma side must win well in Rabat to qualify from this group and hope result between Club Africain and KCCA favours them.
Namibian referee, Jackson Pavaza, will handle Friday’s crucial match in Rabat.
Although United failed to convert chances created against the Tunisians, today’s match must produce desired goals to boost their chances.
United edged FUS Rabat 1-0 when both sides clashed during the reverse fixture in Port-harcourt on May 24.
