There was a fire outbreak Saturday morning at the Federal Secretariat Complex Abuja.Â
The inferno was said to have affected the 3rd floor of the building.

The Head of Media and Public Relations, Ministry of Health, Mrs. Boade Akinola, in response to THISDAY enquiries, said that no life was lost.

Akinola also assured that the situation had been brought under control with minimal damage.

“It was a spark on the corridor on the 3rd floor where cleaners rest. It did not affect any office. Prompt intervention of fire service saved the situation,” she said.
