President of the United States of America Donald Trump on Monday pledged the support of his country to Nigeria in the fight against terrorism.
A statement issued by the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, said Trump spoke with President Buhari who is still on vacation in London, the United Kingdom on the telephone.
Adesina said the telephone conversation was at the request of the American President.
He also said the conversation between the two presidents was cordial.
