Bayelsa Govt: Our Students not Stranded in Ghana

The Bayelsa State Government on Monday denied reports that its students on scholarships in Ghana had been abandoned, stressing that there was no iota of truth in the rumour making the rounds.

The reaction by the state government followed insinuations that its indigenes on scholarship in Accra, the capital of the West African country, were denied access to their hostels and stopped from writing their semester exams.
