IPI Gets Microsoft Certification, Harps on Benefits to Customers 

The Chief Executive Officer of IPI Solutions Nigeria Ltd, Mr. Adamu Garba, has continued to harp on the benefits of the Microsoft Certification awarded the company recently, as a Tier 1 Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), by Microsoft Corporation in West Africa and Central Africa.
At a recent customer forum organised by IPI Solutions Nigeria Ltd in Lagos, Garba spoke extensively on the benefits of working with a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP). He first expressed his excitement in being chosen as a Tier 1 Microsoft CSP.

“We are so excited at IPI Solutions to be approved as a Microsoft CSP because it enables us to effectively aid our customers on their plan to re-invent productivity and transform their businesses with IT Solutions,” Adamu said.

IPI Solutions Nigeria Limited was recently chosen as a Tier 1 Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) by Microsoft Corporation in West Africa and Central Africa. IPI Solutions is the first and only Information Technology IT Solution provider to be approved in Nigeria as a Microsoft CSP.
A Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider is a partner that directly manages the entire cloud customer’s lifecycle, they directly provision, manage, and support their customer’s subscriptions.

While highlighting the benefits at the customer forum, Adamu spoke about the many perks of working with a Microsoft CSP, which include: Flexible and Simplified monthly billing on all Microsoft Cloud Services;

He also spoke about some of the things every customer should expect from IPI Solutions support team to include: Timely response, accuracy, efficient personnel, devoted personnel, among others.
According to him, “Any time a support incident is reported to us, be assured that your problem would be addressed in a timely manner. You as our customer should expect a near-immediate response from our support team.” In the area of accuracy, he said customers should not just expect a timely response but should also be assured that IPI would give the customer quality and accurate information/support that would definitely solve the organisation challenges.
