Olusola Samuel’s Exemplary  Move

Olusola Olusesan Samuel, CEO, Qualitus Integrated Trading Limited, a leading furniture company in Nigeria, can’t be happier at the moment.

Until recently, he had had a secret desire, which he held so close to his chest. He planned, strategised and prayed ceaselessly over it.  But today, he can thump his chest that his dream of revolutionalising the furniture industry in Nigeria is coming to fruition gradually, as he just acquired some multimillion-naira factory equipment in Lagos through his other company, Flekssit Furniture.

As gathered by Spyglass, he recently took delivery of the world-class equipment to boost furniture making in Nigeria and also empower youths. Both the factory and the equipment, it was learnt, have been approved by the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, MAN and the Standard Organisation of Nigeria, SON.

Obviously, Samuel has sowed in pains and he is now reaping a bumper harvest. He started his business on a shoe-string capital, but his resilience, determination and I-can-do spirit have all made him soar higher and placed him in an enviable position today. His is, indeed, an inspiring story.

About 15 years ago when the graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos tinkered with the idea of opening a furniture company, not a few scorned him. But before the eyes of his detractors, the company has gradually metamorphosed into a big and popular outfit.

At the outset of his business empire, all he had to flaunt was the experience gathered before graduation as well as his degree in business administration. Interestingly, he now has in his kitty a far-flung clientele, which includes corporate organisations as well as government offices across the federation.

Qualitus Integrated Trading Limited deals in furniture and architectural building materials for commercial and residential building industries. It also deals in decorative items, while also catering to both local and international markets.
