United States of America’s Secretary of State is meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari. Kerry arrived at the State House at 3:07 pm and was ushered into the president’s office.
The meeting is not open to journalists.
After meeting with the president, Kerry will meet with five state governors from the northeast.
