INSIDE BANKING

This branch, which is situated close to a market and the commercial district in Lagos Island, is usually a very busy branch. The banking hall is spacious and has necessary features because of high influx of customers. There were three customer service personnel, four tellers and other operations staff.
At the time this observation was being carried out, it was remarkably clean even with the constant influx of customers. Also the branch was well organised notwithstanding that it is close to the market. The ambience at this branch was fair. The tellers at this branch were attending to the numerous customers in professional timely manner. However, the customer service officials didn’t show as much professionalism as the tellers. In general, the service at this branch was commendable.
