The programme seeks to offer at no cost, a comprehensive medical check-up to Nigerians across the country with a team of medical practitioners and volunteers who would be visiting different locations across 13 states of the Country including Lagos, Kano, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kaduna, Owerri, Ogun and others.
Stating the motive behind the initiative, Power-Oil Brand Manager, Disha Argawal said the brand was focused on promoting healthier lifestyle among its valued consumers and the society at large and to fulfil its role as a corporate citizen.

With the alarming rate of health complications in the society, we see it as part of our responsibility to sensitise and educate Nigerians on the need to maintain a healthy lifestyle through regular checkups and that is why we are having this health initiative across 13 states in the country.”
“As part of our corporate social responsibility of Power Oil, we felt the need to offer something more to our consumers considering the costs of accessing medical check-up in the country and the low level of awareness on the need to stay healthy”, she said.
Free services to be provided include consultation, Blood Pressure check, body temperature, Blood Sugar Checkup, BMI Checkup and many others. Participants would also be offered nutritional advice that would aid in maintaining healthy body system and also distance them from heart related diseases which is considered most worrisome health issues prevalent around the world.
