Coscharis Motors Plc, the exclusive representative of the BMW brand in Nigeria, has commenced the celebration of love with its customers through the Valentine Special promo for select BMW variants starting from February 12 to February 19, 2018 nationwide. The Valentine promo is intended to show its love commitment to customers and prospects alike.

This is coming at the heels of the success for BMW 5 Series at The What Car? Car of The Year Awards 2018. On the Valentine promo, Coscharis’ officials said, “We are celebrating this love season with a special price package for the BMW 435, BMW 218, BMW 6 Series and some MINI cars.”

According to the General Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications, Coscharis Group, Abiona Babarinde “In addition to the special price package, we are further offering Free One Year Service Plan, Free Registration and free weekend demo to buyers of any BMW variant within this period.” Similarly, we are willing to convert these fantastic offers to discounts on the cars. Customers will still benefit the existing 2 years warranty or 60,000km whichever comes first and an optional 4 years extended warranty. This is in the continuing quest to offer buyers peace of mind and confidence that they are driving a high-quality product.

“Our customers desire the very best love gift that epitomizes style, luxury, prestige,  performance and peace of mind, we want to assure them that they can enjoy all these from our BMW variants for their driving pleasure’’.

Meanwhile, the BMW 5 Series Saloon and Touring have both been awarded at the annual What Car? Car of the Year Awards 2018 ceremony held in Grosvenor House Hotel, London on Tuesday 23 January. The BMW 5 Series Saloon took the title of overall ‘Best Luxury Car’, while the BMW 5 Series Touring SE was named ‘Best Estate Car’ in the over N35,000,000 category.

It is the second year in a row that the BMW 5 Series Saloon has been crowned as the ‘Best Luxury Car’, which is a testament to the success of this business saloon since its global launch in February 2017 and Nigerian launch in September 2017. It was praised for its ‘plush’ interior and user-friendly BMW iDrive infotainment system. Furthermore, its generous standard specification even on the entry-level SE model and comfortable rides – particularly with the optional adaptive dampers – helped to secure the accolade for the second time round.

At the awards, What Car? judges, said: “Last year’s Car of the Year remains plush and comfy enough to worry cars which cost twice as much. BMW’s iDrive system helps here, too, as it’s one of the most user-friendly set-ups around.”

While according to Abiona Babarinde, General Manager Marketing, Coscharis Motors, the BMW 5 Series enjoyed one of the best sale last year as Coscharis sold its available stock post launch.

It is the first time that the What Car? Car of the Year Awards has come around since the BMW 5 Series Touring’s launch in March 2017. Like its saloon counterpart, the generous specification on the entry-level SE model was a highlight, along with its BMW iDrive infotainment system and interior quality. However, it was the space and practicality of the touring that secured its title of ‘Best Estate Car’ in the over  N35,000,000 category.

Commenting on the win, What Car? judges, said: “The 5 Series Touring is one of the most complete cars money can buy – spacious, comfortable and great to drive. This BMW variant offers class-leading refinement, and you get plenty of kit even on SE models.”
